Your responsibilities
- Take responsibility over maintaining products inventory - uploading, updating and removing products
- Create engaging content for product descriptions (titles, bullet points, A+ content) using best SEO practices under supervision
- Conduct keyword research using Helium10 to make sure our products are optimized for search
- Set relevant product attributes
- Harness power of GenAI, Excel and our custom automations to handle the scale of tens of thousands of ASINs
- Handle day-to-day operations for Amazon accounts, control account health, support our Customer Service department in handling cases etc.
- Generate reports to track performance of our Amazon accounts
Our requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in working with Amazon.
- Proficiency in bulk product uploads using spreadsheets
- Proficiency in using Generative AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT or similar)
- Open mindset, willingness to learn
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Experience in Amazon advertising or performance marketing on other platforms would be a plus, but not required
