Client Location: D. C Metro AreaWork Location: Hybrid Model (Mostly REMOTE)Duration: 12+ months Resource who has Active Secret (or) Top Secret (or) Interim Security Clearance highly desired Position: Peoplesoft DeveloperMust have skills:

• 10 years of overall IT technical experience in system design, project development and production support of large applications/systems
• At least 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience
• Minimum of 2 years of technical experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or above
• Experience in drafting technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications or customizations
• Extensive experience with PeopleTools, with familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Global Pay highly desired
• Prior experience of supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership
• Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills
• Extensive experience with writing complex SQL statements and designing modules from scratch
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in an Agile SAFe Scrum Team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree
• Must have SAFe Agilist certification within 90 days of start date

Position: Peoplesoft Functional SMEMust have Skills:

• Highly versed in the design, implementation, test and deployment of PeopleSoft ERP HCM version 9.2
• Comprehensive knowledge of delivered PeopleSoft HCM capabilities and features.
• 10+ years of experience implementing ERP solutions (including Workday, PeopleSoft, etc) with a minimum of five years of functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x
• Functional experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: Global Payroll, HR Core, Profile Management, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Workflow and Self Service
• Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in a Agile SAFe Scrum Team
• Experience with Global Pay roll highly desired
• Prior experience of supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree
• Must have SAFe - Agilist certification within 90 days of start date

Position: Peoplesoft Functional TesterMust have Skills:

• Strong understanding of software testing techniques and methods with a solid quality assurance background
• Experience with Test Management tools (HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies and practices
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Knowledge and experience with Oracle UPK and GRC Suite, and SQL knowledge of PeopleSoft versions 9.2
• 2 years of PeopleSoft HCM or Global Payroll experience with experience across the Human Resource modules; including Core HR, Self Service, Benefits, Time and Labor
• Knowledge of Ab Initio
• Knowledge of Automation tools (HP Unified Functional Testing)
• Experience with automated regression test scripts, in Federal Government software testing, and testing experience in Web environments
• Demonstrated experience working with continuous integration environments
• Development/Testing/Training experience on DoD IPPS-A project highly desired
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field with 10-12 years of software testing experience
• Must have SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of start date
• Security+ certification
