Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 266 has the attention of all the fans right now because the upcoming chapter is likely going to be the most significant one in the battle between Yuji versus Sukuna. Fans expected the previous chapter to be incredibly action-packed. However, much to their surprise, it was a chapter where Yuji tried to use the time that he had to get through to Sukuna one last time before he resorted to using force against him. In the end, Yuji threatened Sukuna with the power of his domain, and that is where things stand right now.

For those who do not remember, JJK took a break after chapter 263, and fans got to see two chapters in succession following that. JJK chapter 264 gave readers some of the most exciting bits of the story and ended with Yuji opening his domain. JJK chapter 265 dropped recently, and fans got to see Yuji walk Sukuna through a mysterious piece of space, which he wasn't even sure if it was his domain or not. It ended with Yuji threatening Sukuna with death unless he relinquished control over Megumi and returned to his body. To this, Sukuna responded with anger of his own. He is absolutely visceral, and that is understandable. Sukuna thinks it's a slight by Yuji at him, and he has enough power to completely destroy him in every way possible and kill everyone close to him in a very cruel manner.

Fans did not get to witness the battle between these two giants in the previous chapter, and that means the next chapter is what every fan has their eye on at the moment. JJK after 266 is likely going to showcase the incredible battle between Yuji and Sukuna inside his domain. Yuji did not showcase any of his powers in the previous chapter, which means the burden is on the upcoming chapter to showcase what he can truly do and what his full capabilities are within his domain. Fans will definitely get to see Yuji's capabilities, his strengths and weaknesses, and, more importantly, the logic of his domain.

As things stand, Yuji will likely use his Shrine technique within the domain. While nothing is clear about his domain, fans would guess that it works somewhat similar to Sukuna's very own, given that the technique that he is going to imbue inside his domain is likely going to be the Shrine. Yuji versus Sukuna is going to be an incredibly exciting battle inside the domain. For one, fans know that Yuji should have the upper hand in this battle at the moment. Furthermore, in the previous chapter, Yuji clearly stated that he could kill Sukuna. This likely was not a bluff from Yuji, and he truly believes that he has the power to end him. Furthermore, Sukuna doesn't have access to his domain right now, so, as a result, Yuji could potentially defeat him before his techniques even return or before he uses the Reverse Cursed Technique to refill his burnt-out cursed technique.

Either way, Sukuna still looks like he's underestimating Yuji, and because of that, he is going to pay a heavy price. It makes perfect sense for Yuji to win the battle here, especially because he's the main character, and there has been a long build-up for him to reach this level of strength. If Yuji is to surpass Sukuna, he has to defeat him here. He still holds enough potential to reach the same level as him and surpass him, as was confirmed by both Sukuna and Uraume in the story. All he has to do is to reach the next level of strength and hopefully beat the King of Curses inside his domain.
